SLO Master Plan on Aging Survey - Submit by September 30th
The SLO Master Plan on Aging Project (SLOMPA) is seeking feedback from older adults and individuals with disabilities as well as caregivers. SLO County will use the feedback to identify issues and resources needed to develop a local master plan on aging.
The County is surveying:
1. Older adults and individuals with disabilities
2. Caregivers
The Surveys are open until September 30, 2024.
