The Cambria Community Healthcare District (District) is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Owner Advisor Services for the CCHD New Ambulance Station project. The new station will be located at the same site as the existing facility at 2515 Main Street, Cambria, CA. The District will occupy a portion of the existing facility/site and maintain normal business and ambulance operations throughout the construction of the new station. Prefabricated building construction will be considered. Project delivery method to be determined: Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build.
